We're in Suite 302 at 425 Old Newman Rd, with free parking right out front. There's no front desk to check in at — just come on in and make yourself at home until we welcome you back.

Cancellation, rescheduling & late arrival policy
To help us provide a calm, consistent experience for every client, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
We completely understand that life happens, and we always do our best to be understanding when possible. Our policies simply help protect our team's time, keep schedules running smoothly, and ensure every client receives the comfortable, unhurried experience they deserve.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total services booked.
- Same-day cancellations or no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
- If a cancellation or no-show fee cannot be processed, your account will remain on hold, and future bookings won't be available until any outstanding balance is resolved.
Late arrivals
To stay respectful of everyone's time and appointments:
- Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
- If we're still able to complete your service, a $20 late fee may be applied and the corresponding policy will still apply.

How long should my hair be before waxing?
About a quarter inch — roughly the length of a grain of rice, or two to three weeks of growth after shaving.
How do I prepare for my appointment?

I've never done this before. Is that okay?
More than okay. Many of our clients are first-timers. We'll walk you through what's happening, answer anything you want to ask, and go at a pace that feels comfortable. Nobody here is rushing you.
Is laser hair removal safe for my skin tone?
We use the Splendor X by Lumenis, which safely treats Fitzpatrick types I–VI, and every treatment plan is overseen by local medical directors. Laser consultations are complimentary — we'll assess your skin and hair type and tell you honestly whether it's a good fit.
How long does waxing last?
Most clients stay smooth for three to five weeks depending on their growth cycle. With regular waxing, regrowth tends to come in finer and softer over time.
What's the difference between waxing and sugaring?
Waxing uses a low-temperature hard wax applied with the direction of hair growth and removed against it. Sugaring uses an all-natural mix of sugar, lemon, and water applied against the growth and removed with it, which also exfoliates. Both give smooth results — sugaring is often preferred for sensitive skin.
Do you take walk-ins?
We work by appointment so every client gets an unhurried visit. Booking ahead is best, especially for evenings and Saturdays.
