Who I Am

I'm Meghna. I built Skin Things from nothing into a boutique studio in one of the most competitive beauty markets in North Texas — no investors, no partner, no playbook.

I designed the brand myself. Built the website. Learned SEO because nobody could find me. Ran the ads. Hired the team, wrote the training, built the systems, made the pricing decisions, and sat with the hard numbers.

Then I did the thing most founders can't: I stepped away for a full year to find out whether I'd built a company or just a job with my name on it. It held.

I've also invested over $50,000 of my own money into mentorship, training, and education. I've paid for the expensive lessons. You don't have to.
