Cancellation & Late Policy

Everything you need to know about cancellations, rescheduling, and late arrivals at Skin Things.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled within 48 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service total

Late Arrivals

To stay respectful of every client’s appointment time, arrivals more than 5 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. If we’re still able to complete your service, a $20 late fee may apply.

Rescheduling Requests

We completely understand that life happens and always do our best to accommodate schedule changes when possible. For the smoothest experience, we recommend rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance.

Communication Policy

For the quickest support, cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made through our booking text line (682) 357-8320 or by calling the studio directly. We’re unable to process appointment changes through social media or email.

Outstanding Balances

Accounts with unpaid cancellation or no-show fees may be restricted from future booking until the balance has been resolved.
